Attorney Susan B. McNeil was born in Ithaca, New York and now resides in nearby Cayuga Heights, New York. Ms. McNeil graduated in 1997 from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management. She earned a Master of Business Administration in International Business in 1999 from Long Island University through the University's International MBA program at Franklin College in Lugano Switzerland. Ms. McNeil then returned to the United States to Syracuse University College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor in May of 2002. Susan McNeil is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Ms McNeil was previously a Legal Intern for the United States Department of Justice Office of the Trustee for the Northern District of New York, a Judicial Law Extern for the Hon. Stephen D. Gerling United State Bankruptcy Court Northern District of New York, and an Attorney with a local law firm in Ithaca New York.

Ms. McNeil is a member of the Tompkins County, New York State and American Bar Associations.

In addition to the practice of law, Ms. McNeil is active in the community serving as an elected Village of Cayuga Heights Trustee and volunteers as a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician with the Cayuga Heights Fire Department.
